Our membranes are manufactured using the high-frequency (HF) welding process, which ensures a homogeneous and reliable welding result. The membrane patterns are created precisely according to the static requirements using special software. We create custom solutions for each application and facility, perfectly suited to the unique needs of our clients.
Ground-Mounted Double Membrane Gasholder
A universal and robust gasholder — ideal for industries, wastewater plants, and farms. It offers excellent storage capacity, reliable safety, and can be customized to fit your specific requirements. Operating pressures up to 100 mbar.
Tank-Mounted Double Membrane Gasholder
The DMGS-TM is installed directly on concrete steel, or fiberglass tanks, providing safe and reliable gasholder storage with strong stainless steel center support and a durable tensioning net. Perfect for heavy-duty tasks in agriculture and industry. Operating pressure up to 50 mbar.
Emission Protection Roof
This soultion provides effective protection with a hard-wearing membrane stretched over a stainless steel support. It can be re-tensioned and has individually adjustable service openings. The biaxial shape of the membrane means that the roof can be tensioned tightly. The membrane also complies with fire protection class DIN4102-1 B1.
Single-Layer Gasbags
Our single-layer gasbags are universal storage solutions for biogas and industrial process gases. Cylindrical or flat - any shape is possible and is customized exactly to the requirements. They can be used for pressurized as well as unpressurized applications.
